I designed a streamlined onboarding flow that guides users through account creation with clarity and minimal friction. The flow includes identity verification, phone/email confirmation, and setting up a secure PIN. Special attention was given to visual hierarchy and progressive disclosure — showing only what's necessary at each step to avoid cognitive overload, while keeping users informed and confident throughout the process.

For the QR Payment feature, I crafted an interface that enables users to scan, generate, and complete payments within seconds. I focused on reducing the number of taps required, improving scanning performance, and ensuring high visibility of transaction feedback. The challenge was balancing security indicators with a clean UI, resulting in a user-friendly yet compliant payment experience.

The "Link Your Card" feature was designed to feel fast, secure, and reassuring. I introduced step-by-step cues, subtle microinteractions, and visual feedback to guide users through adding and verifying debit/credit cards. The layout was optimized for both novice and advanced users, with smart defaults and adaptive input formatting for smoother data entry.

One of the most critical flows, I led the design for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This included facial recognition, Emirates ID scanning, and document uploads. I broke down the process into digestible steps with contextual tips, status indicators, and fallback paths. This helped reduce abandonment rates and ensured compliance with FAB’s regulatory requirements.

I designed a clean, intuitive interface for sending money to local or international accounts. The transfer experience prioritizes ease-of-use while surfacing essential info like beneficiary details, IBAN validation, and estimated time of arrival. I also introduced visual progress tracking and confirmation screens that instill confidence at each step of the transaction.
