Research & Strategy
To shape the UX direction, I explored user behaviors in online coffee retail, analyzing what drives product discovery, trust, and repeat purchases in specialty eCommerce. Insights were drawn from competitor analysis, customer journey mapping, and user expectations around product filtering, shipping transparency, and mobile usability.
Design Process
I independently led the entire UX and UI design process, from defining information architecture to creating high-fidelity mockups. The design focused on clarity and simplicity — ensuring users could explore products, view details, and complete purchases effortlessly. The interface used a clean, grid-based layout, strong visual hierarchy, and responsive behavior to deliver a seamless experience across all devices.
Concept & Outcome
The concept was to build a refined and user-friendly eCommerce platform that mirrors the craft and quality of the Coffeeheads brand. Every interaction — from product discovery to checkout — was designed to feel intuitive and trustworthy. After launch, I continued to refine the design through ongoing UX improvements and interface updates to support evolving customer needs and business goals.
